Designer Requirements

Diverse and Unique Designs

A collection of five or more patterns with distinctive styles not widely available from other independent designers.

Commitment to Diversity

A broad and inclusive size range and the use of diverse models that reflect our global sewing community.

Professional Presentation

• High-quality photography featuring your designs on real models in front of neutral light colored backgrounds – front, back, side, styled. 
• Optional short video modeling the garment.
• Easy-to-follow, professionally photographed or illustrated instructions with:
• A size chart
• Finished garment measurements
• Fabric suggestions and requirements
• Lay plans
• Professional English translation if the original language is different

Thoroughly Tested Patterns

Patterns professionally graded for accurate fit across the full size range.

Flexible Digital Formats

• Digital PDF files with that can be printed on US Letter and A4 paper with a test square
• Clear test squares, nested sizes, seam allowances, and labelled pieces
• Optional but recommended, A0 copy shop file with test square
