Is SewShare available outside the U.S.?
Yes! Payments are made in USD currently, but additional currencies will be optional in the near future.
How do I create an account?

We do not have a live chat bubble or phone support at this time. Sewpedia, our super mentor, is available 24/7 to help with sewing and quilting techniques, pattern ideas, and finding the right notions. How do I purchase items on SewShare?
Browse through our Marketplace to find items you like, then add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.

SewShare accepts major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay where available. Payments are processed securely through PayPal.
How do I find my order after I place it?
You will have immediate access to your downloadable PDF files upon purchase, and you will receive an email confirmation. You can also check your Order History under the drop down menu next to your User Name on a computer.
Can I cancel an order after it’s been placed?

Can I combine orders from two different sellers?
Yes, you can buy all your products in one order. However, because our sellers are independent businesses located all over the world, we cannot combine shipments of physical products from different stores.
Digital Patterns and Downloads
I bought a PDF pattern but didn’t get the email. Where is it?
First, check your spam or Promotions folder. If it’s not there, you can always find your downloads directly on SewShare. Just log in, click your User Name, and select Order History. Your files will be available under Downloads in the left menu.
My PDF pattern won’t open. What do I do?
Most patterns require a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat. If you’re on a mobile device, try saving the file to your Files or Books app first. If the file appears corrupted, please reach out to [email protected] directly so we can assist.
Why do I have multiple shipping charges in my cart?
SewShare is a marketplace of independent sellers. If you are buying a printed pattern from one shop and fabric or quilting thread from another, each seller ships their items separately from their own location, which results in individual shipping costs for each boutique.

Can Sewpedia look up my specific order status?
