Beautiful, unique patterns for a custom handmade wardrobe
I have found The Sewing Workshop patterns to be very well drafted. The designs are so unique while still being wearable for everyday. I love that pattern shapes and seam locations allow for creativity in fabric placement and orientation. The instructions are thorough and easy to follow, especially for techniques like French seams that help build sewing skills.
Linda Lee’s patterns are legendary for their architectural, avant-garde designs that somehow remain wearable across generations—her philosophy is to help you “sew better than you can buy.” With decades of experience including over 100 HGTV episodes, 13 books, and induction into the American Sewing Guild Hall of Fame, her detailed instructions and innovative techniques make complex-looking designs surprisingly achievable for intermediate sewers ready to level up their skills.
