This wool blend fabric (it really feels like all wool to me) is a taupe grey that gets just the right oomph from the fine sky blue (a bit closer to turquoise) pinstripe woven vertically through it. Fabric has textural tone- on-tone woven stripes as well. Modest to minimal stretch.
There's a lot of yellow floating around this season, but this butterfly fabric is a real pretty yellow. It's not acid green, and it's not pukey mustard, it's warm and sunshiny. It has that beautiful hand you get with viscose rayon. A beautiful soft drape. Even though it's lightweight and soft, it's not sheer at all. I'm going to make something for every girl in the family.
I have a very outdated mental image of stretch velour--I always think about tracksuits! but this is beautiful and might make be used for a 40's style dress without a zip.
Great quality fabric, perfect amount of stretch. Washed but haven't cut it as yet and appears to have minimal shrinkage. I gave it a 4 ecause the background is dark green not black as stated, so while I still love the print, Black would have been better.
When buying cotton thread, I always opt for Gutermann. I've used their thread for quilting for years, and I've never had any issues with it when sewing cotton fashion pieces or costumes. They have a wide range of colors that can match almost any fabric you have in your stash. Highly recommend!
So much better than the picture on my iPad. It is absolutely gorgeous! The print is larger than I expected but I love, love, love it. The poplin has a slightly crisp hand and is very smooth. My original plan for this fabric has changed. It is a versatile fabric that can be used for so many different garments and I've yet to narrow it to the One, lol.
This medium weight muslin is of great quality. I used it for making samples and holds shape very well throughout the process. It's also considerably cheaper than muslin in other stores.
Very nice delicate floaty summer fabric. Perfect for a blouse. Only giving 4 stars as it's thinner fabric than what I expected. Slightly sheer but would not need a lining unless you are making a dress, shorts etc (anything on the bottom half). Would defiantly buy again. Colour is true

Good quality muslin for a decent price!

This fit the bill perfectly for my faux watch chain. Good quality, perhaps a bit heavy for my application.

I made the cutest jumpsuit out of this and have already ordered more. It's like butter.

This was my first purchase from Mood, and I couldn't be happier. The fabric will be used to make a dress (McCalls 7681.)
