Wonderful light but lofty fabric. Easy to work with, but finish your seams. Wash and dry before cutting, it will shrink in warm wash and dry - but that means it is nicely crinkled.
This fabric is luxurious. It feels smooth and has a little stretch for live action moves that real girls make! It is doing dang good looking also with a smooth sheen. The neutrals color scheme is classy and wardrobe friendly.
This is a beautiful, medium weight fabric, just as pictured. I had previously ordered a swatch and loved the fabric. It was my first time ordering by panel and I decided to buy one (V Repeat in description, which I didn't know at that time), it looks exactly as in 3rd picture of the description (the number of lines and design). I was planing a short dress, but was only enough fabric for a short skirt, so whatever you think you would need, buy more, I am not sure how the paternities repeats if you do. The fabric has a good elastic in it so you may need ball point needles for a perfect stitch. I haven't sewn yet as I had to order more fabric for my project.
Great fabric. Love it. One problem I've found is my order was short changed. I ordered as far as I'm aware 4 lots of 2.5 metres
I received 1x2.5m, 2x 2.25m, 1 x 2m. Wondering what went wrong.
I used this trim on a dress with a black velvet top and bottom made of mood's burnout velvet (gold and black velvet dots on a black mesh material). Easy to sew by hand and hide the stitching.
Working with fabric like velour is always tricky business. Slippage is to be expected and is best handled by a more seasoned sewer; however, I was able to use this fabric to create one of mood's free jumpsuit patterns (Bergenia Jumpsuit). I love the finished product and only wish I was better at sewing.

Arrived quickly, loved the reminder to cut packaging carefully to not hit the paper itself.

I loved creating a blazer and trousers out of this fabric! Beautiful quality and I would recommend to anyone considering it!

It was too stretchy and had a cool feel to it, not what I associate with sea island cotton.

The buttons are beautiful!
