This is such beautiful lightweight fabric that looks just as pictured. It is not thin enough for me to call it sheer. It drapes beautifully, is super smooth, and is comfortable against the skin. I'm super pleased with it!
I am a self-diagnosed 'textilphiliac,' with a particular weakness for multi-colored weaves. So this tweed jumped out at me. The fabric is as beautiful as I'd hoped - and my husband - the beneficiary of this project - loves it. Working with a loose weave to make a small, sculptural object was a bit tricky. I used zig-zag stitch and lining to keep it all together.
I've never used pattern paper before. It was suggested for a virtual Mood class and this was hugely helpful! Helen showed us the basic concepts around altering patterns and, as a petite woman, I am very excited about this! The pattern paper roll make it so much easier to create a single, new piece.
I used this to line a solid pink wool coat, it adds a great contrast and pop of pattern to a solid color. Beware the fabric is slippery. It really helps to have a brand new rotary cutter blade when cutting.
I just received this in pink/fuchsia and black/green. As with everything I've received from Mood, it's nice quality. This is probably the nicest neoprene for fashion that I've seen. It's got a lovely bouncy hand and it's quite thick, yet characteristically lightweight. It'll sew up like a dream! I do love that it came on a roll - thank you Mood for your thoughtfulness on this. The only real con is, when I opened the packaging my eyes started to burn and there was a really strong odor. I looked it up and neoprene off-gassing is a thing, so be safe all y'all and lay it out in a ventilated area for a while.
This fabric was better than I thought it would be! A beautiful, nice weight brocade. Looks and feels so nice. Watch the video they provide to get a good idea of what you're ordering.

This tulle is soft, pearls are spaced perfectly (not too many, not too few).

Fabric was a little light weight for the purpose that I purchased this fabric for so I made kids winter hats with a fleece lining.
