I bought this fabric as a backing and lining for a quilted underdress made with tissue weight silk taffeta and wool batting, both silks the same bright white. It is warm, soft, and very light weight.
This rayon batiste is even lovelier in the flesh than the pictures suggest. The print is extremely fine and detailed, and the texture is smooth and drapey. I plan to make the Array top with this fabric.

This fabric is light weight and has a fluid drape. Because it is so light, it does not have the durability of other pleathers. I think it would be too light for a jacket.
One of the BEST Satins I have worked with. Gorgeous sheen. Workable. Mid Weight. Gathers well. GREAT results. Will definitely buy more. I work on 16" DOLLS and Dogs, so fabric weight is critical in my designs. JSACUTABOVE
I just love this print. I make art quilts and see so many possibilities for this fabric. It would also be great for dresses or blouses. The hand is fabulous- it would drape beautifully. I was afraid it would be so sheer that I would have to back it before using it in quilts but the weight is great!! Can't say how much I love this print!!
Love the colors of this piece especially the blue in it. I made a pair of cropped pants with elastic waist. Did not need lining as the pants are loose. Machine washed before sewing and it came out like it went in. Perfect fabric for my project. Have my eye on similar pieces.
