I was a little disappointed that the design was not printed completely strait on the fabric. However, I made fringed napkins from it and they looked fine.
The fabric feels nice. Design larger than I'd anticipated. Probably will make it in a drapey top. Been filling requests from family on making quilts so I haven't done anything with the fabric yet. Do love the colors.
This fabric is lovely--a nice weight and beautiful shimmer--but I would not describe it as "nearly opaque". I will certainly want a lining or slip underneath.
The tulle itself is beautiful, it's soft and perfect for my project which is a bridal veil. The reason for the three rating was because of the way it was shipped. I was expecting it to be on a bolt or a roll and not folded. I don't own a steamer so pressing this might be tricky!
So my rating has nothing to do with the fabric itself, I'm very happy with the fabric!
Little hot pink flowers sprinkled with purple flowers and aqua leaves make the print look super charming on the black background. I loved the fabric when it arrived. It did not lose any color on washing, which I always do with cottons before cutting out the pattern.
The material was about what I expected, however it appears to have small dots on it that I suspect are adhesive. I had thought I was buying sew-in interlining, but maybe I misread the description.
