I purchased this fabric to construct a 1/4 Button Pullover for my coworker. It was for our Holiday Gift Exchange and we had a $35 limit. Because of the time constraint, I went ahead and purchased two yards hoping it felt as good as it looked without getting a swatch before; I was extremely happy.
I have never seen such fabric before. It is very unusual-with small folds along the length. I am going to make a sheath dress. I am sure it will be eye-catching
Perfotek is my favorite performance fabric for comfort. It's opaque without being overly heavy, it has the hand of a very up market cotton with Lycra, excellent recovery, saturated hues, and sews like a dream. I love it for everything from panties to tops and leggings. If you want a really expensive looking basic that flatters your shape this is it.
The fabrics arrived in a timely manner, and are wonderful. Just one problem. I never received notice that the linen would come in two 1-yard lengths in a timely manner, as I was traveling when the notice was sent. Now I have two pieces of a beautiful fabric, from which I cannot make what I'd planned.
I used it as a lining for my Anniversary Dress i drafted and made. It worked great! Gave it just the right pop of color with the glitter mesh (I topped it with the champagne luxury glitter mesh). I got so many compliments on how pretty it all was.
Looks great, and content is great as you see from description. BUT TOO thin and wrinkles momentarily. Has quite pronounced sheen of gold. Would be only good for underskirt for some nice and expensive clothing. Would never use it for a dress or a shirt.

They aren't too much but if you want drama you can stack them. I've washed them about 4 times in the garment and they come out great.
