This is a very thick, cozy French terry. The flecks of gray and black in the soft white/ivory knit are nice. It was a bit tricky to work with. (I'm probably an intermediate sewist...and I've sewn a lot with knits.) Even with all the proper adjustments on my serger, the fabric stretched and the seams got wavy. I resorted to zigzagging the rest of the seams on my sewing machine and just finished the edges on the serger. It also gets fluff everywhere. A very ravel-y fabric. So, in all, I'm semi-satisfied with the final product (a Marlo sweater from True Bias patterns), but not totally thrilled.
The Bellamy taffeta range is on of my favorite resources for structured dresses and gowns. It's easy to sew and it does what it's told. I love the broad range of available colors - I just hope Mood gets Black back in stock soon!
I am so happy with this fabric! It was the perfect choice for a soft, flowy wrap dress. The fabric was easy to handle, and I had no issues cutting or sewing it. I did notice shrinkage when washing a swatch so I decided to just make my dress dry clean only. The print is gorgeous, I love the way the flowers and leaves are layered, it looks so lush and dense. I'm contemplating buying more to make something else with it, it's just too good.
Beautiful, vivid color with a delicate shine to it. When I opened the package, there was my ..wow! what a wonderful color! Dense, so it does not need a layer to it, but also thin so it will be prefect for a summer blouse in my case, but possibilities are endless.
I made a cute skirt for my teenage granddaughter. She absolutely loves it and she enjoys looking for fabric on Mood to use for the clothes I make for her.
With little experience sewing fabrics (much less in linings for leather bags) I took a chance with this material simply by its appearance when searching through Mood Fabrics' web page.
The material arrived promptly and as described. The cut threads hold together well and don't quickly unravel as I continuously fuss with the fabric as I sew.
I loved the fabric. I was a little intimidated by the fabric at first I won't lie. But it holds up well while sewing and doesn't stain by just looking at it. That's always a good sign. I plan to buy this same material in a different color for another dress. The finished dress turned out beautifully. Thank you Mood!

I'be been eyeing/coveting this one for quite a while. Handsome and will make a delightful little jacket.

I love this fabric because of the weight and the pattern. I'm planning on making a skirt for fall.

the texture for this swatch was amazing and the size was once again very nice for how much it cost

Beautiful but not the shade of red I need.

This cotton silk blend is soft and beautiful. Thin and slippery, I suggest using a stabilizer such as tissue paper with the fabric.

The fabric was full of red fuzzy lint. I knew I had to wash it first but I was not pleased to receive new fabric this way.

Beautiful fabric but a little pricey
