I initially got a swatch because I wasn't sure it was that attractive but had the right color combination. It looks so much better in person. The ability to get a swatch is worth the wait because just like seeing clothes in a store, you never know how things look until you try them on.
I typically create a muslin (some call it a toile) for garments on which I expect I'll invest some time . But, y'know, muslin can be quite an investment. To be able to score this much muslin?
I love Rag and Bone, and have used it before. This fabric was stiff and wrinkled too much. I started making pants but they seemed like stiff sailor pants, so I stopped.
this is the best sample for my project as I experiment for the best outcome. I NEED a strand of white/crystal bugle bead.. MOOD has black.. I need white/crystal. ;-(
This fabric is done in printed panels suitable for scarves. The print is very attractive with soft greens, taupes, and a couple of reds on a white ground. Overall, the print reads fairly neutral, so it can be worn with many different colors. The drawback is that the print is definitely best only on one side, so in order to make a nice looking scarf, I seamed together two trimmed panels. The finished measurment, because of how badly the panels were cut, ie., a lot of waste was generated by sloppy cutting, made double sided scarves that were approximately 21.5" x 23.5". I used these for gifts for people who worked at an event. It wasn't my event, I just wanted to do something for the people who always work so hard to make it a success.
I just ordered a swatch to see if it would be "too much" for a dress. It has a very nice hand feel, but I think the pattern is more than I am looking for.
This fabric was my favorite of all my purchases. It says medium weight, but it has great body and was superior to sew on. I made a tunic with a handkerchief hem, and the points on the hem were perfect. My next linen purchase will definitely be this brand.
I ordered this as an add on to the linen I purchased. It was a good price and I use a lot of muslin as backing when I quilt squares for pillows and other items where I need a back that won't show. The linen was exceptional. My outfit turned out just as I designed. The muslin is good quality and will serve my purposes quite well.

Quality very good. I was expecting them to be a little heavier, a bit thicker. They are right for what I need.

This fabric sewed up beautifully. I made a light weight top that was a perfect cover up.

This fabric was perfect for the wide leg slacks I made. It is a great weight for pants and tailored beautifully.
