    This was my first attempt at making a garment from real silk. The color is exactly as pictured and it was not as terrifying to sew as I thought it would be. It was actually quite delightful. I can't go back to polyester ever. I wore the dress to a wedding and it felt great after making a fool of myself on the dance floor half the night. Breathable fabric for the win.

    I love the quality of this fabric. The metallic thread is what drew me to this fabric it’s subtle but there is just enough sparkle for an elevated surprise to a classic pattern.

    I purchased the fabric in heathered mauve and the color is distinctly pinkish. Beautiful fabric and I will be using it, but figured I would mention the color in case others see it on screen as a warm beige/camel like I did.

    Very nice quality cotton fabric. I used this for the backing of a quilt. Great to work with and versatile. It would be great for many other projects including a dress or blouse.
