This fabric has good body while still having nice texture and draping, and it’s the perfect light grey color. It really does have a glowy quality to the right side of the fabric when it is in bright light. Absolutely stoked to use this and wear it!

Initial impressions: I’m disappointed in the color. It’s a little grayer in person, not the dynamic jewel tone I was hoping for. I’ll probably still make it into the intended dress, but I’m not as excited as I was initially. :/ On the other hand, it is soft & has amazing flow to it, so it will be a beautifully shaped dress!

I just love this fabric. I couldn’t find anything similar in the UK so decided to bite the bullet and hoped the fabric was okay. I am happy to say the quality of this cotton jersey is excellent and I made a lovely swing top, with enough left over to combine with a plain black to make something else. Thank you also for sending a sample swatch. I wish I could have sent a photo of my make, but couldn’t find a way.

The pattern is lovely and hand is so smooth and soft that I’ll see a lovely three season dress.

This material is a gorgeous just right yellow which can be difficult. I am making a full long skirt and will pair with a shell or midriff top.I haven’t decided that part yet. I will make up well. I always get good results with Mood fabrics.

I used this fabric for the main dress, along with your corresponding China Silk Habotai for the skirt lining, for the Victory Patterns Sofia dress, with Bell sleeves. The fabrics sewed up beautifully, with lovely gathering and drape. The pattern requires sheering with elastic thread, 19 rows across the bodice (front and back) and 3 on each sleeve; the charmeuse gathered perfectly (Habotai was only used for the skirt lining, and not used for any of the sheered pieces). The end result was a beautiful bridesmaid’s dress. I have used this fabric in various colours in several dresses and never been disappointed. It would also make lovely blouses.

I loved working with this fabric. It didn’t slide around, and it has a beautiful drape.

This fabric is gorgeous. It’s very stretchy. Very. You cannot get it wet. If you get it wet, you will never get the wrinkles out. You can’t steam it because it will instantly crinkle. You can’t use starch, again it will just crinkle up. If you use interfacing, you better make sure this fabric never gets wet. I wanted to love this fabric but it was a total pain to work with and my project was ruined when I hand-washed it. I had already pre-washed it by hand so I was aware that I would have to press it to death, but the areas with interfacing were destroyed. Just took apart my whole project to see if I could remove the interfacing and press those pieces of fabric but the wrinkles are just impossible. This was very expensive fabric for what turned out to be a complete waste of time and money.

I loved this fabric! Easy to work with and drapes beautifully. Made a tunic top and got a lot of compliments. It’s very flattering and washable tumble dry. Love it!!

This fabric is so beautiful. The color in the picture is accurate to what it is in person. :u1F9CD: made a dress with this, but I will say this fabric is pretty stiff. I probably wouldn’t use this for another dress or shirt…but in that case I’m not sure what I would use it for!! But I do love it. Just need a way to soften it up.

I really have enjoyed working with this fabric. For chiffon, it’s hardy and it’s easy to manipulate without it sliding everywhere. I sew with a Juji Industrial machine and my thread tension had some problems at first, but just needed to adjust the bobbin casing to help. This is a daughter-of-the-bride dress for an upcoming wedding of a client of mine. Love love love it. Trinity at Mood also helped me get this fabric delivered in record time but the whole staff was incredible when dealing with the folks online and the LA and New York stores!!!
