I put this fabric in a bucket of cold water, without detergent, and then hung on a line to air-dry before I started cutting and sewing it. So much blue dye ran out of the fabric into the water when only soaking for 30 minutes, the pattern is completely ruined and it looks awful! I know this fabric comes with a dry-clean only warning, as does all of Mood's fabrics, so the company can evade issuing refunds if something happens to the fabric in pre-wash (because really, what LINEN fabric requires dry cleaning?), but it should be possible to let a fabric get WET without all the dye running out - especially as it is recommended for use in making apparel! Thank god I didn't make this fabric into an outfit and then get caught in the rain or something, I probably would end up completely stained blue! Mood, please put in place better quality control measures for the manufacturing of your own-label fabrics!

I made my husband a shirt for his birthday. It was a very successful first project for me!

Really nice and crisp poplin. Very easy to work with. Of course the print is gorgeous! I made this shirt dress out of it and it's so comfortable.

Design and colors are amazing.

Not quite as vibrant as the photo. I should have gotten a swatch but it will still make a great skirt.

I like it. Super fine and a great color. It's not as drapey as I was hoping but it's so pretty.

So very pleased with this fabric. Easy to sew. Works best with lining for a simple tank dress. Too bad summer is over.

This was my first time working with a stretch fabric and it was very easy to work with considering that it is a more slippery fabric.

This made up into a sweet top for the warmer climate here in the south!

I have used Gutermann threads most of my 55 years sewing and have no complaints about it.
