I didn't realize from the description how thin this fabric is. And the color is quite different than I'd hoped. So I can't use it and the $60 is wasted. I probably shouldn't have tried to buy an unfamiliar material online.
I just made a pair of flared leggings with this; it is a really nice fabric! I will definitely be ordering more. But yes - I totally should have swatched it first; the picture looks like a darker, muted, bluish-green, which is what I think of when I think of "Hunter" green. However, in reality the color is much more of a true green. To me it seems more like an emerald green; which looks mighty Christmasy this time of year and isn't really what I was going for. :-) Thankfully it was just a mockup, and I do still love the fabric and will use the rest for something else. YMMV when it comes to the color; but as Mood suggests - always order a swatch!
This elastic is very thin and rolls when you are trying to insert it into a casing. I am currently making a pair of jogger pants which I have made several times in the past. I have never had so much difficulty as I have had with this elastic. I would not recommend this product for waistbands in which it is inserted in a casing.
A beautiful high quality fabric. I have not made anything with is as of yet. But I have some ideas and looking forward to it. I think I will make a nice tailored blouse.

I'm not a designer/seamstress but wanted the skirt part of my favorite dress redone. Had no idea what amount to order so I found the conversion chart extremely helpful. The fabric was even prettier in person and great quality.
Great as a lining! Used it to line underneath a semi-transparent polyester chiffon, and it works great. Bought extra to make a slip too. Very versatile.
I bought this fabric to make an Itch to Stitch Lagan Coat. I was a bit worried after I ordered it online but I need not have. It was the perfect fabric for the pattern. The color is amazing (purple). I've had lots of compliments. It was easy to sew with especially after using my clapper and pressing cloth when I had to top stitch the seams. I increased my stitch length to 2.75mm and used a size 90 needle. Will definitely buy more in the future for other coats.
