I've shopped Mood for some time now and loved it. I
recently bought a dark purple brocade for wedding wear
(a color chosen by the bride for me), and was anticipating
the old stiff stuff. this fabric is crisp and holds shape, but not heavy at all, and gorgeous.
This is luxurious and elegant. Beautiful shade of peach. I imagined peach sorbet while sewing! Washes beautifully too! I made a full slip. Heavenly against the skin. Worth the indulgence!
Used this fabric for a Hawaiian shirt. The shirt was made for a trip to a family reunion in the mid-west. The windmill and the little homestead seemed so appropriate.
This fabric is unique in every way. Note the sheer black strips will need lining or keep bare for letting some skin show. So many possibilities.. I can't wait to mak a multi dimensional top
I was hesitant to buy this at first because the picture makes it look like the chaînette is frayed but I was pleased to see it arrived un-frayed. It worked well for me; I sewed it on my prom gown.

Used the patch for a pillow front, Then added some Svarokski crystals to add shine to the crown. Fun!
