Beautiful fabric. Will make pants.
Sometimes I feel owning the fabric is enough and I don't really need to make a garment out of it. ( as my stash grows )
This is very thin and drapey, perfect for the huge wrap/ scarf / cover up I made for warmer weather.
Not a bright yellow, softer, natural. Pricing very reasonable.
This is great fabric all the way around. It has a sheen and is like grosgrain ribbon except larger ridges. It is not a pure white, slight creaminess to it.
You really have to see these in person to appreciate how beautiful they are. I have gotten 6 different ones and have not been disappointed in any of them. Very eye catching and will up the WOW factor on any garment.
Purchased this Twill/Ottoman to make a streamlined trench jacket for a spring break trip to Spain and Italy, where the temps can get into the 40-60 degree point. At first I was thinking of using a plain wool gabardine, but I ordered a sample of this Twill/Ottoman and I really liked the ribbed texture and thought it would add interest to my jacket. Though I needed to be a little more diligent with seam grading and pressing to account for the bulk of this wool, the coat turned out exactly as I envisioned. It is chic and warm, perfect for strolling cobblestoned streets in the morning, or sitting outdoors with an aperitif in the evening. This is a really rich fabric - the bonding gives it a lot of structure. I bought it for a blazer, but I'm going to use it for outerwear. It's going to make a stellar trench!
This fabric was purchased to make either pants or a wrap around skirt for travel. It did not disappoint, does not wrinkle, light weight but not see through, and can be either casual or dressy with the right top.
This webbing was exactly what I wanted to replace drawstring in my husbands shorts. It will hold up much better. I would have purchased black if it had been available.
I purchased the chocolate brown and it is just so beautiful. This fabric is gorgeous. I made an unstructured dress and it is stunning. The draping in quite fluid. However, it was a complete pain to work with because of it being so slippery. It was hard to cut accurately because of it sliding around. Even pinned/weighted. Also, it frays excessively. I purchased it in black as well and in my next project, I will incorporate French seams. I would still buy it again because of its beauty and elegance. If it wasn't such a pain to work with, I would have given it 5 stars. It gets 4 because of the iridescent beauty of the finished garment.

I made a set of shorts based on a modified McCalls M6973. The fabric drapes nicely, with very little wrinkling.

I have been using the muslin for my stabilizer when machine quilting. It is very soft.
