Vivid pattern (which disguises any figure flaws) in a fabric with good body and comfortable for summer dressing. Very workable for all levels of expertise.
I am making a blouse with this beautiful fabric. Be sure to buy extra so the pattern and repeat can be matched. It is nice that the print is aligned with the grain of the fabric. It makes layout so much easier. Do check for straight of grain though. I did.
I paired this thick tricot with the white Santorini (which was a little too lightweight for this pairing) to recreate my favorite men's rashguard with its high neck, loose torso, and extra-long sleeves. I also used it with the White Matte Tricot (high compression) to make the Cordia Swimsuit, a free pattern from Mood Sewciety. They were the perfect weights to create a stylish swimsuit. -- It is so nice to be able to create bright feminine swimwear in size 20 because online options for my size are usually skin tight and only available in black.
Gorgeous fabric! The scale of the cranes makes the pattern geometric and I foresee interesting layout possibilities. The weight is perfect- light but opaque.
I haven't made this up yet but it's perfect for my historial sewing. It will become part of a frothy white Edwardian gown. The weight and the soft white color are just what I wanted. Can't beat the price!

I purchased this fabric and it was just like the sample. The bright navy is needed along with the gray striations to make the fabric not look dull. I'm glad I bought it.
