This is better than I expected! Beautiful fabric. I bought this thinking form fitting dress. Now I am torn between dress and jacket. I think it would make a fantastic jacket or blazer. It is gorgeous. I am scanning patterns for inspiration and hope to use this very soon.
I love the drape and feel of this beautiful lawn, and the colors are just my favorite. I made a drawstring elastic waist dirndl skirt with slant pockets and a cropped sleeveless top and I'm very happy with the results.
I made a full-length pair of culottes and a matching camp-style button-down shirt. I love the feel and style of this fabric. It made a stunning two-piece outfit.
Lovely fabric and just what I needed to make a structured top which would hold its shape well. The slightly stiff hand and tight weave worked perfectly for the design of a top with balloon sleeves that needed to hold their shape.
I love this print. The flowers and butterflies are so naturalistically rendered. The linen has a nice weight light and floaty. I'm thinking of a 50's style summer dress. I also bought the same print in black possibly for some contrasting piping but maybe for a blouse.
I purchased the colorway advertised as white and blue. In real life, this is not white, or cream, but light beige. The fabric is thin and crispy, and so tightly woven that needle marks remain visible if you need to rip out. Not a good choice for a wearable muslin! If you are accustomed to wearing drapey knits, you will find this fabric quite crispy in comparison, like a man's dress shirt. I deducted one star for the inaccurate color description.
Always a good purchase at Mood. I've been shopping here, on line for 30+ years. You can find almost anything. I am a maker of reproduction French dolls of the 1890s and try and use materials that could have existed in that time frame. Hence, the silk, I can always trust that the quality will be just what I expect and no worries.
I used this wool to make a men's coat and it is perfect for it. The wool is thick and dense, but still very soft and comfortable. It's great for tailored coats. I tested some and the wool is also pre-shrunk which is very nice.

Ultra soft and comfy material with enough stretch to snug your figure and protective against the UV light in the sun

Very easy to work with, color and texture are amazing. For some applications will need lining as the ivory can be a bit transparent.

Great thread, matched the color of my fabric perfectly.
