    Bought for flowing sleeves on a 70's style dance costume. Fabric is easy to work with and has held its pleats thru sewing and performance filming. Very happy with it.

    It enhances the artwork & captures colors beautifully . I've made 106 masks that I gave away to male & female friends. Each mask was accompanied by instructions for mask care . They were lined with stretch cotton poplin in coordinating solid colors. I added the note "who says you can't be fashionable and SAFE at the same time" to every gift.

    I ordered a swatch of this fabric, and it was even more beautiful than pictured. I decided not to buy more, though, because i don't expect to have any occasion to wear silk soon during these covid 19 days of sweatshirts and jeans.:pensive:

    Beautiful fabric. The drape and subtle sheen are amazing. It seems a tiny bit lighter in weight than other 4-ply, though.

    It's not you mothers velvet. I can see making a jacket out of this for the southern weather. Didn't get a swatch. Lol. But it's perfect. Now the decision is with it against the nap. :grin:
