This is a good quality, mid-weigjht, cashmere wool. It will be the perfect red colour for a semi-fitted jacket with a back peplum to wear with my black and white wool houndstooth skirt.
I needed black buttons for a ladies' casual suit jacket and after receiving them I found that they were a dark, grey-green color that would not work. Thankfully I got a refund instead of store credit, but the photography was way off in depicting the color correctly. Lesson learned, it's just better to buy in person if you're gonna be specific and picky with it.
This fabric feels as light as air yet has enough body to make it relatively easy to sew. The drape and color makes a simple blouse stand out and also adds a bit of shine to a suit.
It's hard to pick out buttons on line but these were absolutely perfect for my project. Very unique and beautiful buttons. Pattern is McCalls 8122. Fabric from Valentino Atelier Summmer 2001 collection (very old, from my stash)
Beautiful fabric! It washed up well, and I used a med temp iron to get rid of a few wrinkles. Made a Merchant and Mills Saltmarsh skirt and it's beautiful!
I love the feel of this very soft fabric, the painterly stripes; my culottes move, swish nicely. I turned under & straight-stitched the inside seams to prevent raveling. Happy with the finished product, lovely culottes.
This Floral Brocade is so elegant and beautiful. The pictures die not do it Justice. When my seamstress finishes my pillows I will post the finish product.
I expected some slubs, there were some dark fibers that I was able to cut around. It made a luscious gown. the fabric was unforgiving, not for the inexperienced!

This material is a mid-weight, good quality cashmere wool that will be perfect for the vintage jacket and skirt I am making for myself.

Beautiful hand to this fabric will make a welcome addition to my fall wardrobe. This lighter weight wool will be wearable most of the year.

This crepe is heavier than I expected and will likely be best for a jacket with simple lines or a very simple, lined, sheath dress.

This solid micro velvet was exactly what I needed to replace the worn velvet on my husband's canonical robe. It was easy to work with.

Good quality fabric. I have not made a garment with this yet.

This fabric is soft and lovely. The print is amazing and the design is large enough that the repeats aren't too close together.
