A face of radiant neon or fluorescent color causes light to reflect off the surface area in dark spaces or at night. The process in return gives you a killer fabric to use for trimming, lining, safety garments, sportswear, etc. Try using this reflective fabric for detailing a windbreaker or piping on a motorcycle jacket; something innovative and out of the norm.
