I bought this fabric to make a pair of linen pants that could be either dressed up or dressed down. The fabric was easy to sew and easy to wear. There is a bit of stretch in the fabric, but not so much that the pants "grow" too much when you wear them. Made the side seams a bit smaller than usual and with the bit of stretch they are perfect. Bought the same fabric in navy for more pants.
