Mood cottons are really high quality. This one is no exception. I found, in fact, that the weave is so dense that only slender needles would penetrate it without leaving holes.

I fell in love with this fabric design and purchased it on a whim without a project in mind. I ended up doing some hand embroidery on the fabric and then used it for the yoke of a Bondi top (a Sew to Grow pattern). I paired this with a lovely deep turquoise medium weight linen and it is FABULOUS. This fabric has a very dense weave which made it easy to handle.
