The hand is tactile (but comfortable) due to the unique basketweave, and the drape is thick as a result of the double-cloth construction which consists of two layers of material being stitched together. Use such a material to craft wide tunics or robes for post-beach wear or light jackets to wear when it is sunny but a bit breezy. Almost entirely opaque, a lining is not necessary for most applications.
