Historically used to describe Cabernet-based wines, the term “claret” denotes a ravishing deep red coloration and is the namesake of this British Imported Claret Polyester, Viscose and Linen Woven. Boasting a visible plain-weave structure, this burgundy red woven with slight variations in hue promises a soft, tactile hand with a slubbed texture typical of linen, as well as a malleable drape. Ideal for all your home decor needs, fashion pleated drapes and curtains, cover couches and ottomans, or create eye-catching throw pillows! Due to its slightly open weave, this medium-weight fabric allows some light through, so consider adding a lining for complete opacity or additional structure. Please note that because of the way that the selvage is woven, only 55 inches of the total 57-inch width are usable.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.
