Measuring 65” by 57”, this panel features vivid blue flowers and latticework surrounding intersecting bars of silver that are overlaid with larger black and silver flowers, all outlined in narrow black cord. The edges have a silver scalloped finish. With a silky hand made textural by the cording and a deliciously fluid drape, create elegant ball gowns and expressive capes, or add statement sleeves and gleaming overlays to dresses and blouses. With an open construction, a lining or underlayer may be necessary for modesty in some projects.

Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.

HOW TO CARE FOR NYLON FABRICS:
Most items made from nylon can be machined washed and tumbled dried at low temperatures. To minimize static electricity use a dryer sheet when machine drying. If ironing is needed, iron on a low temperature.
