You won't find another fabric as pleasing to touch as this Black Shimmering Tactile Polyester and Cotton Woven! On the face, this fabric boasts a textural quality similar to hammered silk, with the same enchanting luster. The reverse is akin to a less tactile seersucker, with a lovely soft, matte finish. Either side can be used, as both have the same flexible, fluid drape. Create glamorous evening gowns, bold jumpsuits, or trendy matching separates perfect for a night out. Due to the overall opacity, a lining is not necessary but can be added for a finished look.

Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.
