If the queen demands, the roses of our Mood Exclusive Black Painting the Roses Polyester Crepe will be painted in every color of the rainbow! Roughly sketched roses are occasionally painted in bright magentas and purples, with some left white to contrast the black background. Less pebbly than your typical crepe, this polyester variety still possesses a luxuriously fluid drape and smooth hand. Ideal for any projects needing airy, supple fabric, we suggest blousy button-downs, shirred-bodice dresses, or captivating dusters. Translucent, a lining is recommended solely when full opacity or extra body are desired.

At Mood Fabrics, we prioritize efficiency and strive to deliver your fabric orders in a timely manner. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.
