The kit also includes a white, water soluble dress marking pencil so you can easily and clearly mark garments for alteration. You'll also receive a seam ripper with a protective cap, a 6" sewing gauge and 7" bent scissors that are suitable for cutting fabric. This hand sewing kit also includes a 60" tape measure and 10 sewing needles in popular lengths. There's even a nickel-plated thimble to protect your fingertip while sewing. This kit includes all the essentials you need to alter store-bought garments, mend damaged garments or sew clothes of your own with store-bought patterns.
