Enjoy the simplicity of this Poplar Ivory Crinkled Soft Polyester Tulle. In solid white, it features a crinkled hand that's equal parts crisp and soft. With an airy, flexible drape and subtle mechanical give, add it as an overlay for tiered skirts and gowns, or use this tulle to create statement sleeves, baby doll dresses, and so much more. Note that this material is transparent, so a lining should be considered if opacity is desired. Please Note: To maintain the natural crinkle texture, this fabric should be stored gathered and twisted with the grain of the crinkle.

At Mood Fabrics, we prioritize efficiency and strive to deliver your fabric orders in a timely manner. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.
