This Black and Silver Crystal Foiled Polka Dots Stretch Polyester Velour is the moment. Small silver ovals cover a black velour fabric like a disco ball, sporadically flashing like strobe lights as the light bounces off of them. With a 25% weftwise stretch, flexible drape, and sleek fabric backing, grooving to the music is not only easy but also required! Let your imagination take you to flair pants (maybe with a matching top!), bodycon dresses, mini skirts, handbags, and more! A lining is suggested for added structure.

Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.
