Ok—I fell in love with the color and the possibility it presented—and the price point. It was just expensive enough for me to feel like it wasn’t super cheap and might be okay for apparel. And then it arrived—if I’d been able to feel it before buying, I would have easily passed on it. I have a custom-drafted legging pattern that I know fits me perfectly that has a cool moto hack—but I didn’t want to invest the time in this sketchy fabric. It feels super plasticicky. And then I thought of all the things this red would go with and decided to go for it. I had more doubts as I sewed it up. It sews like a kid’ s party balloon and sticks to the sewing foot (this would be a great time for a Teflon foot if you’ve got it, I don’t) and forget pressing it—it’s plastic!! But with persistence, the leggings came together—and WORTH THE EFFORT!!! This fabric stretches and holds its shape and looks awesome on (I was afraid I’d look stuffed in a balloon!). I’ve worn these twice and people are amazed I made them. So don’t be like me, get you some of this and make something kick-ass!

I thought I was ordering red. However, when it came there is so much of a blue- purple hue that I was not able to use it. I wish the photos were more clear or maybe a description would help. It’s difficult to be an online customer, I end up hoping for the best and taking what I get.
