This Martini Italian Slate Aniline Dyed Smooth Nubuck Top Grain Cow Leather Hide is slated to become your next home decor project. The finest American steers and European Ox heifers provide the hides for this stone-gray leather, tanned in Italy, to create a surprisingly supple and perfectly classic nubuck leather. Nubuck leather is buffed on the grain side to give it a velvety feel and, as this leather is dyed with aniline dyes to give it the most natural look, the buffed finish gives it a nap which causes the colors to change slightly depending on the angle (something to keep in mind while cutting pieces).
