I bought this fabric without buying a swatch first, because it was on sale and it looked like some shirting I had seen elsewhere. It is too heavy and stiff to use for shirting. I'm trying to imagine what else it could be used for. I think it is too stiff for pants or a jacket. It might make a very structured dress. I think the original intention might have been upholstery — although it would be very difficult to keep clean. The color is not bright white. It's more of a cream. In any case, I hope someone can find a use for it. Buy a swatch before you order enough for your whole project.
