These Pastel Candy Dots #311086 with a happy, pastel floral edge spoke to me – on lightweight net #FN13864. They said Yes! I want to be a fairy princess dress on a sweet baby girl :heart_eyes:. By tacking the 6 1/2″ mesh to a stronger net, it became an overlay on to a Dusty Peach Japanese Pima Cotton Lawn #308466 – which needed spray starch. I used Butterick 4110 & floated the Net combo over the cotton skirt. Kept the puff sleeves per pattern with just the Peach. The Candy Dot Net sleeves became a nice Bell overlay. Used Velvet ribbon #424015 @ empire & Headband – petals were Candy Dot & Peach Cotton.
