This fabric is beautiful and the weight on it is perfect!

This is the most lovely fabric, so soft and malleable. The skirt was the same fabric content but in Icelandic blue, with a Premium Wide Chiffon overlay in gray dawn.
One thing I should have lined the bodice with a stronger-strength fabric to stand it up better. I recommend it for skirts or anything with a lot of flowing movement, but perhaps not for a bodice.
However, it was so comfortable that I could've worn it for any length of time! This silk doesn't run too badly proving the weave is strong. As with most good silk, you don't want to have to rip out as you will leave needle holes. A super fine quilter's pin easily does the job when pinning.
It's important to note the customer service of Mood…I had a disaster on my hands with my pattern (have no idea how I got my formulas so terribly wrong which has never happened to me before, ugh) and I had to abandon that process altogether. Mood took EXCELLENT care to make sure I received my very anxiety-filled order to help me turn out the dress in time for our wedding. Simply terrific!
