Was hoping for 50s style taffeta. This is very thin, crinkley, and has an almost plastic look. It did however give me the crispness / stiffness I was looking for to use in 50s style doll clothes – as an underlayer only. Don't think it would work for an actual adult dress. High wrinkle factor, but the wrinkles pull out. Honestly, this is the weirdest fabric ever.
