This is a beautiful fabric. The stretch is just enough to make fitting a difficult figure quite a bit easier. It's nice and hefty so using two layers of it (e.g. one for underlining and one for lining) would probably be too heavy except for colder weather. That'd definitely be too much for Central Texas.

I love this fabric it is delight to sew but it does. Ravel some double stitched seams and finished them with overcast stitch made a tunic

Wowow. This fabric is delicious. It's very easy to work with, and so soft. When my friends and I took pictures together, they kept commenting on how soft the fabric felt haha. Wonderfully stretchy and light weight, incredible 2-way stretch. In this picture, I didn't line the skirt. I did line the band of the triangle top with a tricot, 4-way fabric I also bought from Mood. I'm an amateur sewer so I have no idea if that was appropriate, but I just wanted it to be a bit thicker around the bralette band. I inserted light, thin bra pads in the top.
I am definitely going to buy more of this, I want to create different tops to go with this skirt. On another night out, I wore this skirt with a shirt and sneakers and got dozens of compliments on just the skirt. This is definitely going to be a "how many colors can I buy this in?" for me
