Soft and velvety smooth in hand, it features an array of both black and fawn pugs along its face. In addition to the enticing image digitally implemented onto its surface, this material was produced in Mexico on Italian looms; thus providing the supreme quality brought forth with this unbelievably soft polyester neoprene. For those who are unfamiliar with neoprene altogether, this material is often used to create scuba-diving and surfing wetsuits or lap top slip covers due to the fact that it maintains its flexibility over a wide variety of temperatures and it displays an enormous amount of chemical stability. Neoprene has also been one of the biggest trends to hit the fashion network this year. This polyester and spandex blended neoprene contains a fantastic 1-way stretch through the weft and is completely opaque.

At Mood Fabrics, we prioritize efficiency and strive to deliver your fabric orders in a timely manner. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.
