Laying at 44" to 45" in width, it is crease resistant, lightweight, and just crisp enough for the creation of quality shirts and blouses.Note: This Pima cotton has been yarn-dyed, is almost completely opaque, has a thread count of 144 X 80, and is machine washable, too.

I like this fabrics feel very soft and you can tell it’s high quality cotton. It’s actually wrinkle resistant but wrinkles are not that noticeable because it is black. One thing I don’t like is how much it attracts lint and hair. I consciously avoid cat hair and other things but in a very short span of time I’m covered again. It’s not that big of a deal though. Overall I am happy with the fabric and will consider buying it in white.

I bought this fabric for a tiered box pleated skirt, and for an underlining for another dress I plan on making. It is crisp, presses well, and is easy to work with. It also is smooth and although it frays, it doesn't fray as much as other lightweight cottons. Love it!
