I've bought similar fabrics like this before and this one far surpasses the others. Mainly because you can topstitch on it and not have the seam look strange/stretched out. I'm making pants that are styled like jeans and the fabric will duplicate that look perfectly.

Making a dupe of a jacket my me made action figure wears. This fabric is an excellent dupe for the fabric used for the doll clothing. Mine will be more cyberpunk looking. And the stretch will help (it's will be a long anorak styled jacket with a lining).
I ordered the black and I will confirm that it has a black backing. (Some other colors have a white backing). It's thin and lightweight but not so thin you think it wont work. This will make excellent clothing from bodycon tops/dresses to tight pants to loose fitting or even tight tailored jackets. It has a wonderful drape. Cant wait for the pattern to show up so i can start making my cyberpunk anorak rain jacket.
