I had this fabric in my stash for a while – the panel design just wouldn't lend itself to making a dress like I had hoped and one day it dawned on me! This made a perfect cape! I almost think the original designer used it for this. I used Kwik Sew 4222 and made the raised collar. Everytime I wear it, people ask me where I bought the cape! The fabric is like a ponte, has nice drape and doesn't shrink when washed. Love it!
