For those unfamiliar with Zamac Buttons (also known as Zamak), they are buttons made with a base metal of zinc and combined with other alloying elements such as aluminum, magnesium, and copper. These particular metal buttons are strong and combine the look of class with sophistication flawlessly. With a smooth flat surface, this black shank-back button is ideal for use on apparel as well as home furnishings and is carried in sizes 11.5mm, 15mm, 23mm and 28mm. At Mood Fabrics, we prioritize efficiency and strive to deliver your fabric orders in a timely manner. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.

HOW TO CARE FOR METAL:
In general, metal buttons may be machine washed in cool water. Avoid harsh detergents and use a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry.

These care instructions given are for Metal in general; however, Mood Fabrics does not accept responsibility for fabrics that are incorrectly laundered/damaged by following these instructions. Customers must test a swatch before laundering any fabrics at home to avoid damaging the goods.
