The face features a radiant silver coloration using glass bead technology which allows for the "reflective" effect. The back contains a plain white knit surface. Glass bead technology uses tiny glass beads to reflect light. Incoming light beams bend as they pass through the front surface of each glass bead and reflect off a mirrored surface behind the bead. The beam then passes back through the front surface and returns toward the light source. All of this, in addition to a handsome 4-way stretch, gives you a killer fabric to use for trimming, lining, safety garments, sportswear, etc. Try using this reflective fabric for detailing a windbreaker or for costuming purposes. Note: This fabric comes with a protective plastic film above the reflective surface; remove the film before using.
