Skill Level:  2, Easy

With this sewing pattern you can create a roomy bag that is great for trips -- around the town or around the world!  This bag has an optional top zipper for security, two outside pockets, and two inside pockets (one with zipper, one with a cell phone compartment).  The bag can be fully lined or unlined (easiest option to sew) and is durable and washable.  Such a great bag!

Bag Dimensions:  18" wide x 10-1/2" high x 5-1/2" deep

Suggested Fabrics:
Outer Fabric:  Nylon pack cloth, cordura, canvas, denim, corduroy, or other medium to heavy weight fabric.
Lining: Any light to medium weight woven fabric.
Interfacing:  Cordura or non-woven interfacing.

Notions: 
All Versions:  Thread, 1 yd (.92m) of 1″ (2.5cm) grosgrain webbing or ribbon, 1 yd (1.8m) of 1-1/2″ (3.8cm) nylon webbing.
Zip-Top Bag (lined or unlined): 5/8 yd (.57m) #4 coil zipper, two #4 zipper pulls.
Lining Pocket: one 7″ (18cm) coil pocket zipper.

This pattern is available as a Paper pattern and a PDF pattern.  Choose the option you want at the top.  The Paper pattern will be mailed to you. The PDF pattern will be available to download after checkout.  It includes layered-by-size files for print at home (8.5×11″ or A4), copy shops (A0 and 36″ wide), and a projector file, as well as instructions.
