What makes perle cotton different than floss?
Perle cotton is non-divisible, with a smooth, lustrous finish and tight twist for durable, textured stitches that “pop”, unlike floss it skips fussy strand-splitting and resists fraying.
Does the mercerized finish wear off over time?
No – the finish is permanent, retaining sheen and strength even after washing.
Is Eleganza™ resistant to fraying?
Yes – the tight 2-ply twist and mercerization minimize fraying, even with frequent handling.
