Any evening piece deserves a little sparkle! Take home this Black and Metallic Silver Fringe Panel and shine at any occasion. Black yarns mix with luminous silver to create this netting. Lined with a shimmering fringe, give dresses, tops and skirts a 1920's flare. Thin and lightweight, it drapes like a dream into lustrous evening wear. Perfect as an overlay, it can also be used peaking out from under pieces as well. Note that there is some give through the weft.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.
