A fun and funky border print marches its way down the warp of Mood's Black and White Polka Dots and Floral Stretch Plisse, a rich parade of pleasing prints. Medium in weight, it features a 15% weft-wise stretch and a luminescent face. Smooth and silken, use the tight plisse for simple pleated skirts, statement sleeves on a white satin blouse, and trapeze dresses. Fluttering and flexible in drape, it ripples in the wind and caresses the hand with care. Sheer, especially against saturated colors, a lining is suggested for increased opacity.

At Mood Fabrics, we prioritize efficiency and strive to deliver your fabric orders in a timely manner. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.

    I bought 1 yard of this fabric, sewed the ends together, put elastic on the black end and hemmed the white end. Voila!! I wear a 10/12 (medium) if that helps with calculations.
