Double faced for double the fun! Presenting a blended wool knit comprised of a glen plaid face and backed with a heathered gray fleece. With a small amount of give in the weft, easily turn this material into tailored winter coats, sweaters, blankets, etc. With a soft, fuzzy hand, lining this material is not of necessity, but we still recommend ordering a swatch before making that decision.

HOW TO CARE FOR WOOL FABRICS:
Dry-cleaning is recommended, though some wools can take hand washing. Always test a swatch first if you are going to care for your wool fabrics at home rather than using a drycleaner. Many of the fine wools Mood sells online and in-store have already been "sponged," or preshrunk, but you can preshrink your wool if necessary. Mood recommends taking your uncut wool fabric to the drycleaners and asking them to steam it for you, which will safely preshrink it more effectively than you can using home methods.

These care instructions given are for Wool Fabrics in general, however, Mood Fabrics does not accept responsibility for fabrics that are incorrectly laundered/damaged by following these instructions. Customers must test a swatch before laundering any fabrics at home to avoid damaging the goods.

Purchased this wool to make a knee length cape for a Rhine River cruise in April. Planning to wear as a single layer or over my car length lightweight down jacket depending on the days weather. My capsule travel wardrobe is teal, charcoal, and navy this fabric will be perfect the teal-colored rose pattern imprinted on the wool over the tartan that offers an unusual interest not normally offered. Excited to add to my travel wardrobe.
